Cleaner will only move backwards

Pentair Racer only move backward
i got this kreepy Krauly Racer is start only moving backward. Any advise or solution??

You can take it apart ( YouTube vid to show you ). The backup valve may be clogged. Is it in warranty? If so call Pentair, they will send you new parts or have it serviced.

All valves are cleared - no clogged. During the clean mode with booster pump active, the water jet sprayed in the front instead of from the rear. Which mechanical part determine of water flow via incoming water pressure?
