So I have a new build pool. The coping is darker grey concrete cantilever coping. There is dirt embedded into the broom finish of the coping and I’m trying to find a way to clean it up. My dirt is heavily clay. I know it should be the builder to clean it, but they are playing the blame game now. They say it should be the concrete subcontractor, then the tile subcontractor and it’s not the PB’s responsibility. I have tried just hosing it down, but it is not effective. Can I use muriatic acid, dilute it and spray it on then hose it off? It shouldn’t be an issue just hosing into the pool considering we pour it into the pool anyways right. Tried power washing but that was barely effective also. Open to suggestions. Thanks.
