Several weeks ago I used citric acid to remove copper stains in my pool. The treatment appears to have worked really well, but I am still burning up chlorine like crazy. Is there anything that will neutralize the remaining citric acid so that I can return to my usual chlorine consumption rate? Please let me know your thoughts - thanks!

I believe once you got the copper to release from the pool surfaces, you then need to do a substantial water exchange to remove the copper from the pool. I would suggest you do that soon before the copper attaches itself to the pool surface again.
