I have a SJ55, I had it on super Chlorinate for a few minutes. When I lowered it back the polarity lights began to flash from 1 and 2. I cycled power a couple of time but it just goes back to flashing between the 2 polarities. I've only had it for a week anybody else have this issue?

I tried that. It went to normal but then 5 minutes later it started doing it again. I think the hurricane has something to with it. I was trying to get it to produce as much before my salt level went to low. I shut it off and will mess with it next week when I can get all the levels back correct and check to see if it got water into it. Water is everywhere now. Rain wasn't to bad yesterday when it messed up but still heavy.
