Happy 4th of July to everyone! I am considering changing from my 22 year old Hayward SWG to the RG-45+. I need a new T-15 cell at a cost of $899 but can, at this time, purchase an RJ-45+ for $1193 after upping the TJ-30 to the RJ-45 for $4. It really seems like a no-brainer to me as the brand new CircuPool setup will be only $293 more than the Hayward cell by itself. I see lots of happy RJ users here and I don't think I'll lose anything by switching - I may actually gain some chlorine production per a response from @mknauss.
My question is: Is the current offer of the upgrade on the RJ something offered at other times of the year, do they have other sales at other holiday times, is this maybe the best deal I'm likely to find? I hope others have had sale history experiences they can share with me.
