I have an Edge40 ( I am on my 3rd cell in ~ 5 years) but my problem is that the threads on the upstream side of this new unit doesn't fit. My 2nd unit also had a similar issue and they sent me a bypass unit to use while waiting on the shipping. They wanted me to send the unit to them to verify before they would send a replacement. The bypass cell fit perfectly. The new cell fit perfectly. Now this 3rd cell same issue. Only the downstream side threads easily on both of the collars. So both of the collars along with the cap for the bypass cell will not thread on the upsteam side of the new cell. I called last week and the support person told me she would send me an "adapter" that would make it work. She said I just had to slide back the upstream collar and insert the adapter with no modification to the PVC. Has anyone heard of this? The tracking number was sent Friday but the "adapter" still hasn't shipped.

Replacement SWG cell for Circupool Edge 25
I ordered a replacement cell for the Edge 25 from Circupool. I got this note with it. Has anyone seen this? I’ve had a lot of leaking problems with the Edge 25, as documented on this site.
