Circupool Edge Orientation?

I am installing a new Circupool Edge SWG in a horizontal orientation and want to know if rotation of the cell matters e.g flat side up or sideways?

As far as I know it does not, most of the time you see the name from the top but really as long as the cell fills completely with water that is all that matters
