I belong to a local nonprofit group called "The Cigar Band". We don't play music, it is named after the band around a cigar. Anyhow we meet every month at a members house and sample the hosts cigar that is provided. We grade it and take notes. At the end of the year we tally up to see what cigar was the club favorite. We were founded in 2009.
Several times a year we will set up at fundraisers to raise money for different organizations. This year we had Swine & Stogies where we smoked a whole hog and sold dinner tickets for two sittings, had a silent auction and raised around $4,000 for Good Samaritan Food Pantry.
Anyhow, just wondered if anybody else liked to toke on a big stogy every once in awhile..if so maybe we could post here about which ones we tried and liked.
