Chlorine Test

What’s up everyone. New pool owner out in Whittier, CA. Have been reading countless post and articles here. I wanted to get clarification on the Chlorine drop test. My sample went from pink to cloudy white after 14 drops. That’s it right? It won’t go to clear.? That’s what I understood from one of the TFP articles on testing. I have attached a picture.

Sometimes, high CH and to a lesser degree high CYA will cause a bit of cloudiness in the FAS-DPD test.
I don't believe this causes any issues with the validity of the test. When the test goes from cloudy pink to cloudy clear the test is complete.

Clean your vial with rubbing alcohol, you may have contamination.

Post a full set of results when you can...
