i have posted in the past (on a thread that is now closed) about storing chlorine in buckets in your basement to prevent lose of effectiveness in cold weather.
I always had stored outside in a shed but tried the basement storage this year, using original closed buckets inside of plastic trashbags.

not sure if I am extra sensitive or what but after a few minutes in a crawlspace in the vicinity of the chlorine (no smell at all) start to feel nauseous and dizzy and it took a few hours for this to clear up.....just wanted to share this, my chlorine is now back outside in the shed.
