What PH would you say this is? It has been matching 7.5 each time, but today it seems different. I do normally test in the evening. Is it okay to test morning or should I wait?

That looks to be in the 7.2 range (orange). It's okay, but no lower. Doesn't matter when you test unless you recently added chemicals. What is your current TA and how do you chlorinate? If you are using tabs, those are acidic and will pull the pH and TA down.

Current TA is 90. I use liquid chlorine, but I do have an inline tab feeder. I’ve been using it as well until I get my CYA up. CYA now is 25-30 (I could still faintly see the black circle at 30.

The Pool Math App says I should add 7 lbs of Borax to raise the Ph. Should I?

Gotcha. Well, the tabs are lowering the pH for sure. To compensate you could incorporate some aeration which naturally increases pH. So if you have a way of creating bubbles in the water that should help. Either that or you pull the tabs out (or not add anymore) for a while and just add a little granule stabilizer via the sock method to get teh CYA to 30-40 quicker. You can always use the tabs later if the CYA permits.
