Chlorine Generator Requires Pump to Run at 2500+ RPM

Based on the numbers, you should be triggering flow at about 1,500 to 1,700 RPM.

Maybe there is an issue with the suction or maybe a clogged impeller.

The performance is not bad enough to really worry about, but it seems lower than expected.

Maybe the flow switch is not working accurately?

The IntelliChlor SCG is designed to operate with water flow rates from 25 +/- 5 gallons per minute (gpm) up to 105 gpm.

Make sure that the flow switch arrows are lined up correctly.

You can get a vacuum gauge and check the vacuum pressure by putting the gauge in the front drain hole.

Be careful not to crack the plastic by overtightening the gauge.
