Chlorinator off percentage met question

I’ve read a lot of old inactive threads and I have a question.
My pump/filter is set for 9.5 hours 8 am 5:30 pm and the swg is at 60%.
The percentage met was on at 11:00 in the morning? Is this right?
I also see it when I get home from work around 4:00.
I read that it goes on and off but the Chlorine levels are consistently low.
I bumped it up to 70% I just want to know if it’s working properly.

What SWCG do you have?
When you set most SWCG's to a % level, say your 60%, it will generate for 60% of its cycle time. Many SWCG's have a cycle time of 3 hours. So set at 60%, it would generate for the first 104 minutes, then be off for 76 minutes, then repeat.
