I have an Ichlor 30 which was working fine. Eventually I got an error indicating the flow meter was no longer working.
I did a test by holding the more button to check details.
About 1907 hours of use.
Degrees fahrenheit didn't read.
I bought a replacement flow meter and installed today wiring each 4 wires to the corresponding 4 wires. Turned the unit on.
Now on my Intelliconnect (Link2O) dashboard it says "Communication Error" and "Check SCG Temp/Flow Sensor".
When I try to check the settings on the device, it now shows the huors at 1917 or something and degrees fahrenheit is still blank indicating flow meter isn't working.
This is troubling because I had a similar issue with an IC40 that was only used for a year and a half where I ran into similar issues. Flow meter appeared bad. Replaced. New one bad as well.
I hate to be tossing chlorinators with decent life left in them, but I can't seem to figure this out.
