Cheapest and Best Salt To Buy?

I found the following salts for $5.76/40 lbs.

Can I use either brand of salt? Which of the two is better?
Or is there something cheaper or better instead of these two?

After shopping around, I personally bought the diamond crystals. Bought 10 bags at a time for bulk pricing.

Either will work fine, the yellow bag is slightly more in cost and is a tad more pure.
