I’m two weeks into a pool start up and before I connected the screen logic I tried out the pool and spa lights locally at the Easy Touch 8 board. The pool lights were Blue and the Spa lights were cycling thru multiple colors. They are wired separate on two features.

Today I hooked up the screen logic and can’t figure out how to have the pool and spa lights in different color modes or even just different colors. I can only turn them on/off individually or together.

Can they be in separate modes when both on? If so, how can I do this on the app or even at the control box?

M,

If the lights worked via the EasyTouch they should also work via ScreenLogic. ScreenLogic just tells the EasyTouch what to do.

Show me these two ScreenLogic set up pages.

Thanks,

Jim R.
Jim,
I need to get access from my company next week to download the easytouch on my PC but I should be able to do everything locally at the main controller, right?

Here are the shots at the controller

M,

In theory you can use the main panel to run the lights, but I'm pretty sure you have to have a master's degree in Pentair.

Because your pool is brand new, I suggest that you just have your pool company come sent up ScreenLogic and your lights at the same time.

Thanks,

Jim R.

And after looking back at your screen shots I have similar on my ScreenLogic where I can turn on/off each light. What I was wondering is if I can have the spa light running a different color than the pool light.

M,

Do you have the Pool and Spa lights set up with a Circuit Function of "IntelliBrite"?

Across the top of the Phone screen shot above, I have the following tabs..

Lights On/Off Color Lights IntelliBrite I don't see them on your phone screenshot..

It takes two apps to set up and program ScreenLogic using your phone. You need ScreenLogic and ScreenLogic Config? Do you have both of them?

Thanks,

Jim R.

Yes I do have them set up as intellibrite. On my phone you have to go into a separate tab under “Lighting”. When I’m on my iPad it looks like your screen where the light toggles and colors/interllibrite are all on the same screen.
No I don’t have the ScreenLogic config app. I will download that though.

So you can set all of your lights to be on different colors/set patterns than the others?

M,

I have a single white light because color lights last about 20 nanoseconds before going bad.

But, if the pool lights and the spa lights are on different relays then the pool lights can be one color, while the spa lights can be a different color. All the lights on the same relay will be the same color.
