Will be installing an Aurora semi above ground pool soon. Does anyone know when it does come time to change the liner would I have to remove the backfill around the pool walls every time?

Thank you in advance!

Not if you get a j hook liner, the hook at the bottom of the coping.. an overlap liner does just that, overlaps the top of the pool and goes down the backside so you do not want one of those :)

I’m curious about this too, having just graduated from Intex. So, no concern about backfill cause wall to cave in while pool is empty?

It is suggested that you do not change liners when the water table is high because you'll risk wall collapse when the pool is empty for semi buried pools. Pools sitting on top of the ground does not pose an issue. You shouldn't have to dig out for a liner change.
