I have a controller inside the house that labels Pool Light and Spa Light. Initially pool light was aux 1 and spa light aux 2. But I recently had changed dipswitch 1 to On to use aux 1 to control Cleaner. So now my pool light is aux 5. My controller doesn't have a button for aux 5. Is there a way to reassign the button that was controlling aux 1 to aux 5? As of right now my "Pool light" button turns on Cleaner.

No, the AUX buttons are hard wired to its associated relay.

I have an RS-4 with iAqualink . I guess I don't really need it but it would be nice to have physical controls too particularly for guests. I guess I have to upgrade.

The RS4 only supports 3 aux ports plus an "extra aux" if you aren't using solar.
You can just buy a OneTouch and plug it in for physical controls. You also could add a Jandy wireless remote and antenna but both of those options are expensive.
