CH test has conflicting info between printed and video instructions. Which should I use?

So, on the video for the CH test, I am told to add water to the 25 ml line. On the printed version, it instructs me to add water to the 10 ml level. Which is right?

The video version tells me to add 20 drops of 0010. The printed version instructs me to add 10 drops.

The video tells me to add 5 drops of 0011L. The printed version instructs me to add 3 drops of 0011L.

The video says I should multiple my drops of 0012 by 10 to get my final number for CH. The printed version says I should multiply by 25.

Can someone advise which I should follow: The video or the printed card?

The video is older and before the smart gurus found you could safely do the test with less pool water and save on reagents.
Follow the printed directions.
