Certain coping for autocover?

Currently waiting for permitting and doing an OB. 18x36 rectangle with an autocover is the plan and I want to finalize materials soon.

Do I need a specific type of coping to work with an autocover or will any do? One PB suggested I couldn't just select any coping but I don't know if that's accurate. If that is correct what exactly am I looking for?

I think the main requirement is that the coping can accept and hold screws which attach the under-track rails to the coping. The cover installer will drill into the coping from underneath. So you don't want anything too soft on the Mohs Scale. (Or too hard; diamond is probably overkill.)

My ancient pool has those old-fashioned bullnose bricks and they work fine. But somehow I doubt you want those in the 21st century.
