Century Pump not turning on, tried everything

Century B2854V1 pump not turning on. I have checked everything. 240VAC to the contacts on pump, measured 29uf on cap, shaft rotates freely. Checked terminal board contacts. No hum, nothing?

Is there a thermal switch inside this pump that may be bad? I am stumped!!!

Please tell me how you measured your 240 volts input to the pump.. Did you test between the L1 and L2 (the two hot leads) and get 240 volts, or did you test each input to ground and get 120 volts on each leg??

If you did not test between L1 and L2, then you need to do that before moving on, as testing to ground can give you a false reading.
