I was just wondering how often does everyone replace their filters. My spa has one filter in it and I have another one on reserve for when I clean the one that is in it. Next month both filters will be a year old. The filter is never really dirty when I clean it (about every two weeks) and I have chemically cleaned both filters one time since I started using them. Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts were on this topic.

My last set of filters lasted about 10 years. The caps split open.
I wouldn't replace them unless they are torn or broken somewhere.

When we owned a Caldera Utopia Geneva I would replace the filters about every six years. Not for any real reason more of "just because". Always had a pair (one in use and one in reserve).
