I'm thinking about a new lighter pole and have started thinking about carbon fiber poles. Does anyone have experience or recommendations for these?

Thanks! I just started looking and the Primate pole seems to be the lightest.

Was able to handle one at a trade show and they are light in weight and seem strong, lots of pool service techs were checking them out.

I have my pool poles custom made from a 16' long solid bar of tungsten.

The pole weighs 106 pounds, but it is crazy strong.

I once had to scoop an elephant out of the pool and the pole was able to hold the weight.

Beat that carbon fiber.
