Capping off old chlorinator

I've got a Rainbow 300 chlorinator that just cracked and is now leaking profusely. I don't use it anymore after going to BBB so I just want to cap off the tube inserts so I don't have to replace the plumbing. Any suggestions on what to use or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

If you cut a coupling in half one way and then in half the other way, you will have 4 pieces. You can glue 1 piece over each hole. Use the pieces without the inside ridge so that the pieces sit flat. Secure in place with clamps until the glue dries overnight.
