Hi all i could use some help, we have a cantilever deck and not traditional coping. The pool was already built before we bought the house. It’s maybe 10-15 years old. We resurfaced it with pebble tec, and 2 years later were noticing a crack underneath the tiles several builders said the pool needs to be rebuilt and its a loss then others said they can cut the decking to make an expansion joint and repair the crack wether its the bond beam or just a cosmetic crack. What do you guys suggest. Thank you

Creating an expansion joint can be done with cuttinf the deck but the cracked bond beam needs the coping area demo’d, crack repaired, then new coping.
