Can't subscribe for PoolMath

I have a ticket open, but figured I'd try here in the meantime anyway...

I have multiple google accounts on my Samsung S10 phone, like my daughter's school account, for example. PoolMath doesn't let me pick which account it uses to subscribe and I don't want to use the account it wants me to use. So that's a problem.

In addition to this, I figured I'd try on the Windows 10 app and I have a different issue there. When I click on subscribe, it very briefly says "Loading...", the screen flashes, and the same screen appears again,

So at this point I'm not actually able to subscribe. Any suggestions?
