Water is balancing quite nicely i just can't seem to get my PH in the magical range of 7.4-7.6. We have had a lot of Rain.
But I thought Rain tended to be more acidic (thus helping to lower by PH)?
I added about quart and 1/2 to the pool. I'll post results later today to see if it adjusted.
any other ideas?

PH - 8.0+
TA - 80
FC- 4.4
CC - 0
CYA - 45
CH - 100
Sal - 3300

Rain itself tends to be slightly acidic, as you stated. However the splashing of the rain hitting the water adds to the aeration, thereby raising the PH, so it generally ends up being a wash.

That makes sense, reading some previous posts I realized that PH is going to be high after a new construction pool which mine was finished in January so the dust could still be causing PH high readings

In your signature, you don't mention what type of pool surface you have. (Vinyl, plaster... etc.)
If it is a plaster finish, and is new, you may be dumping acid in it for the next year while the plaster cures. They LOVE acid at the beginning of their life.
