I’m trying to replace o rings and also check to see if anything is caught in the impeller, because my pump has been loud. Instructions say to insert a 1/4” Allen key into the center of the motor fan cover and then twist the impeller counter-clockwise. Well a 1/4 Allen key doesn’t fit. I’ve tried multiple smaller sizes, they’re either too big or too small, or maybe something is stripped? I’m frustrated. What is the fix here?
