cant get pool clear

went out of town for a bit and when i got back chlorine was at 0 and i couldnt tell if i had just dirt or green spots (new dark liner so hard to tell). i vacuumed/brushed and put in liquid chlorine and its been cloudy ever since. it was most cloudy when chlorine was at around 6, as chlorine went down it cleared up a little but still cloudy

Yes, if the chlorine is 10-12% then each jug will give you about 3PPM. 9 jugs will give you the 27 PPM SLAM level FC.

Test 3-4 times a day. Add whatever chlorine is needed to bring FC back uo to 28 ppm.

Agree with other poster. If you have a Taylor kit make sure you have lots of R-0871 reagent. You will burn through that stuff fast.
