We are having trouble getting our pool running. We cannot get our filter to prime. I replaced multiple gaskets and lubed per directions. Any advice would be MOST appreciated!! We live in New Braunfels.Welcome to TFP!If you have the time and feel like it, you can try to open it enough to see if the impeller or motor shaft will spin. Perhaps it's slightly stuck (rusted) from sitting for a few months. But if that doesn't work, unfortunately, those Intex pumps are pretty much use & toss. Not a lot of repair work you can do to it.

Well, let's start from the beginning. How about posting some pics of your equipment pad, the pool, and how your plumbing lines/hoses are connected. As many pics as you need to so we can see everything. Let's start there.
