My public apologies to Dave, my comment was not meant to offend in any way.
Everyone here knows Dave's customer service is outstanding, my comment was more of a suggestion and was not meant, or should not be construed, in any way negative. We all work hard to serve our customers, and Dave is always being congratulated and thanked here for his commitment to his customers, this should certainly be the takeaway here.
