Can't figure out on how to remove casings from old anchors

If you can get the anchors hot enough, they will become liquid and then you can vacuum the liquid out with a shop vac.

The melting point of brass is between 1652°F and 1724°F (900°C and 940°C), but it can vary depending on the type of brass and the proportions of copper and zinc in the alloy.

Or...just leave them empty and drill new holes for the new anchors. Fill the old ones level with concrete patch. That's what the pool company did when I replaced my mesh cover years ago - the new cover had a different spacing for the anchors so my old wouldn't have worked anyway. After a year of weathering, the old are barely noticeable - if one looks close one might see a faint brass ring around some patches, but for most, nothing at all.
