Cannot find obvi leak, lose 1-2" water over nite

Have owned pool since '11. This year, losing water overnite (1-2 inches), fill it up in the morning and by time adding nightly bleach, need to add another inch or 2 water. Cannot locate any obvi leaks, use TFP method. We have been fairly dry this season and not terribly humid. Although we have been fairly breezy. Would low humidity be allowing more evap than if we were more humid? Need to update to using 1-1/2 HP single stage pump.

Any suggestions on easy way to find possible leak?

Yes, dry windy air will cause more evaporation, although probably not in the amounts you are seeing.
You can do a bucket test to confirm if a leak or evaporation.

Do you have a light housing in your pool? We’ve had to have ours repaired several times over years because it leaks.
