Can you help ID this cover?

Hi folks! To this point my Googling skills have eluded me and I've not been able to locate this replacement part. It's the clear cover that is used on my pebble top equalization drains (and maybe main drains?). Some other designs appear to be two piece as is this one, but not sure if those are what I need as it's just the single clear cover that has broken off. Pool was built in 2008 if that helps narrow it down. Any recommendations?

That does not go to a main drain.

I don't know what it goes to, but it's not a main drain cover.

You are correct- this is for the equalization port below the skimmer but main drains look to be the same.

Some pebble covers have a clear lid you may have to remove the cover from the wall and look at the backside.

When I looked previously I only saw a bunch of safety info- "keep cover in place at all times", etc.... BUT in relooking at it in bright sunlight, there is very faint printing on the underside. Aquastar 10CC100. Mystery solved!!! Problem is that it's disco'd due to the newer standards since then. Thanks for the help, folks!
