They should last two years... but it depends on how you store them. if they were left outside they are probably toast.

Do you have pictures of the plaster before the pool was filled and shortly after the pool was filled?
None up close where you can see the plaster. I was actually out of town the week of plaster and pool fill. Only have distance pics after the fill.
It's hard to tell, but it looks like you might have some copper stains.

Yes it is close, with the exception of the spotting.
Finally got my CYA level down to around 55 after drain and fill of around 6000 gallons. Now using liquid chlorine to get my FC level up.
Anybody see a reason I shouldn't covert to SWCG now?

Yes. You will need to run the pump for about 10-12 hours per day to generate sufficient chlorine during swim season.
