Can this be my algae problem ?

[Lemonhead]

I have perfect water chemistry and keep getting algae. Green spots on bottom of pool. Water is always clear but stuff is growing. Can this vaccume head be causing it. ? I noticed the one spot seems broken and has nasty stuff going on inside . The peice on bottom isint white and dry like the one on left and right. It’s murky and wet . Looks nasty
