Skimmer should be open.
Close #2 valve to see if that helps.

I suspect that you might have a seal leak, so watch for water dripping from the seal area.
Man, ain't this a you know what. I just got a call from my pool guy saying that he could not get a o-ring seal, so all he did was lube it up. He has the new one, so he will be out to replace it in the a.m.
Not yet.....I was busy today, but am off tomorrow and will see what it does and will keep you posted. I appreciate the advice.
