I am loss as to what to do next.
Here is pretty much the order of what I have done/tried

New pump was bought in the fall after closing, I installed it this spring and it worked fine except it has (I am assuming) a seal leak as water comes out from where the motor bolts into the wet end.
At this time I redid my pad with 2" pvc (system is 1 1/2")

Was running pump with no problem to open pool, priming was fine
Had alot of debris (dead algee, leaves, ect from the winter), raked out what I could, running the robot, decide to vacuum thru skimmer to speed up cleanup.
Filter pressure went up so I knew I had to take apart and clean/recharge.
Pool sat sunday/monday with only robot running to circulate.

Tore apart everything yesterday, cleaned filter, took basket side off pump, nothing in propeller, spins free, checked and lubed the gaskets.
Put back and after a long time got pump to prime and run.
I had the prime set for 5 mins, and upped to 7 to get pump to prime
Recharged filter with DE.

Timer shuts off, pump will not reprime.
Tried poring buckets of water into basket, nothing.
Took pump off line again, blew out skimmer lines and main drain with air, nothing came out but air, so assuming no blockage.
reset prime to 10 mins, still nothing, tried buckets of water, ect.

2018 system was checked for leaks (pool company), none found.
2018 was our first opening on inherited pool with new house
Have tried priming with skimmers only, main drain only, and a combo of both.
Tried priming/running at higher speeds, nothing.
Have bled air from filter, after prime cycle, and during prime cycle
when the pump did run, so no evidence of air in pump basket, tho air did come out returns for a short time (10/15 secs)
When pumps does run, there is good flow at returns/suction at skimmers
Pump sits app 2-3 feet above pool, and 60-70 feet or so away.
Am not losing any water in the pool.
Last summer we had a few times when priming was a problem, but the old plumbing had leaks at the pad.

will not be able to get the seal repaired till this weekend, but I do not think thats the problem ?

Edit...water temp mid 50's, in slam mode..
PH 7.2 when started, cya 40, holding FC at 16, no CC

You've done quite a bit already. You didn't mention good water level in the pool, or the skimmer weir door operating properly, but those are easy checks. So based on everything you have already done & tried, I would be inclined to fix that seal on the pump first. If that's the origin for the loss of suction pressue in the system, there's not much else you can do.
