Can I add balance pool (add salt and chemicals) when it's raining?

Hey folks,

Pool newbie here. It's been raining on and off for the past few days here and I'm eager to balance my pool. Can I add my chemicals and salt while it's raining? Or should I wait until the sky's clear?

Rain has little effect on pool water chemistry unless it is of monumental proportions and the pool is overflowing.

Maintain your pool water chemistry as per Recommended Levels
