Calculator in app and on website say different

I put #'s in website and it tells me to add 1gal 4cups bleach, same #'s in app and it tells me to add 3 gals bleach. Anyone else find this?

Are you sure everything is set correctly in the app? For example, if you don’t have the right number in the CYA field, the recommendation for chlorine won’t be right:

Yes, #'s were all good.

My CYA on both are set at 20... need to get stabilizer

I had the same thing. But I found my error. The web poolmath defaults to 1000 ppm salt. The app doesn't. Once I found that, they both read the same.

I found the error, app keeps defaulting to 35000 in app when it should be 13500. I tried saving it 3x but it keeps defaulting back to 35000????!!!!

Sorry about the post from Lou1147 that was me, (waiting for approval from admin) I was trying to set my parents up with an account while replying to you. Ya know multi-tasking

OK thanks for the help, problem solved, changed the gals, saved it yet again and then signed out and then signed back in and it stayed @ 13500.
