So the R-0012 drops come out super small. Way smaller than the other bottles. Is this normal?? It is giving me readings of 1250 ppm and I know my water is hard but yikes. Also, my pH is 7.5 and the pool math app is telling me that I need to raise it to 7.6 is this necessary? It is in the recommended range right?

Were you squeezing the bottle at all when dispensing the R0012? If they are just running out without any pressure on the bottle, you have a dropper problem. Get with the seller for a replacement.

My experience is the drops are a similar size on all of the Taylor bottles. If they look appreciably smaller on the R-0012, there is something wrong and I wouldn't trust the results.
