Calcium deposits after winter?

Having an efflorescence type staining at a few locations. Company managed the chemicals during the year and also over the winter. Was never an issue until we opened after the winter we noticed it. Thoughts on how to remove? Prevent?

Black pebblesheen- 1yr old.

The concerning one is that coming in around the light? I assume the pool level is dropped below that level in the winter?

In all cases it appears to be moisture coming into the pool.
