Wow! What an amazing job! Can I get some pics of the skimmer install? Maybe some details on the returns, jets, anything that goes from outside the block to the inside the block..
Still not sure how I'll tackle these details once I get to them. Thanks in advance

Finished and filled the pool. Took almost a year from the initial ground breaking.

Now, looking at options for using a heat pump that will not be connected in-line with our pump/filter system. Any ideas. I wanted to keep it separate since the pool pump's water flow is about 3000 GPH and most heaters I have seen recommend flow of 1,000 GPH. I was thinking of purchasing a quiet transfer pump in conjunction with the heat pump (since I could not find heat pumps with built in water pumps).

So any ideas on heat pump would be great.

It appears you have a VS pump. Just adjust the rpm to reduce the flow rate.
