I think the Paramount EcoPool product, since it says it's not a cleaner, is just a series of swivel returns placed in the bottom of the pool. I would definitely not get that option. Just get a deep end return or two which aren't a bad idea if you have a heater, in addition to a few at regular height. There is minimal if any added value in that product versus a few very inexpensive deep end returns.
