Build Plan

Appreciate any input on the following: Is your pool contractor/builder supposed to provide a build plan for your permit application? We have a separate site planner who provided the site plan. For the build plan the pool contractor provided a not to scale hand drawing and brochures of the equipment. The town rejected the permit application.

The builder should provide all documents required by the town for permitting if obtaining the permit is within his scope of work.
