Bug Identification

Looking to see if someone can identify this bug. I seem to be getting a significant amount of these bugs on the surface of the pool. Water chemistry is good outside of the FC might be a little high. I am guessing they are Springtails but looking for confirmation so I can figure out the best way to address the situation. Every hour is a constant battle with these bugs.

Search here and Google for info. I haven't had much luck, but I have a large property that's infested with them. I've tried Onslaught, Demand CS granules, and bison based Talstar P. They don't seem to respond to any of them and don't respect an insecticide barrier. If you can locate their nesting areas around the pool and get rid of them, it will help. They do go away when temperatures get into the 90s.
