I have not been able to get consistent bucket test results. I think it's because of shade. As shown in my other threads, my pool is surrounded by trees.
On a normal sunny day, all parts of the pool gets sunlight at different times of the day, and at any point in time, at least 1/3-1/2 of the pool is under the sun.
However, the steps, where I have been putting my bucket on, is under a large tree and gets full sun exposure perhaps only 3-4 hours a day. The rest of the time it would be completely shaded or only getting trickles of sunlight through the leaves.
How much would this setup affect the results and what can I do to improve the accuracy of the test?
