Hey all. Pool owner for 8 years but incredibly annoyed one 🙂
Long story short, recently had new chlorinator installed, sand changed, o rings replaced because I was getting no pressure at all.

I’m getting a steady flow in the return line, I’ve noticed it’s mostly prominent when the salt cell is quite full. At the return jet there is a steady flow of water.

I have a salt chlorinator and sand filter.

Welcome to the forum!
The Saltwater Chlorine Generator creates chlorine and hydrogen gas. The chlorine gas readily dissolves into the water stream. The hydrogen gas does not and exits the returns as bubbles.
Turn off the SWCG. Do you still have the bubbles?
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
