Bubbles in Return Jets

Good Morning everyone- over the past couple days I have had air bubbles coming out of my jets- one in my spa and one in my pool. I don’t have any visible leaks, I cleaned my filters last week and double checked. My levels aren’t horrible, I am working on the TA. I added acid to drop ph and then aerate back up. PH is another issue I have been having too. Attached picture of levels from yesterday and video of jets.

The SWCG makes bubbles as it’s generating chlorine. Is it on when you see bubbles?
