Looks like I tightened the Union nut to far last time around. As the pump turned on today water was spaying out from a split in the union nut. I would ideally like to buy a spiit nut replacement. Was wondering though how I find the correct size? I see part numbers on my Google searches but haven't seen anything that references my particular pump. My pump by the way is a Pentair 3HP VS 011028.

The Intelliflo does not come with unions. So as Herman stated, any pump union 2” will work.
a 2 in union relates to the connection to the pump. The physical union coupling is larger. See my pictures of the 2" union which matches to your photo.View attachment 423501Mine looks to be 3 inch. I can't find this piece anywhere
